By accessing or using Try My Dress ("the Service"), operated by Try My Dress Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Account Creation

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that have been inactive for an extended period.

3. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Try My Dress uses artificial intelligence to generate images of users wearing wedding dresses. You acknowledge and agree that:

• Generated images are for entertainment and wedding planning purposes only and do not represent exact replicas of real wedding dresses
• Results may vary based on input photos, selected styles, and AI model capabilities
• Generated images should not be used as the sole basis for purchasing decisions — we recommend trying on physical dresses before making a purchase
• The AI may produce unexpected or imperfect results, and we do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or suitability of any generated image

4. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, AI models, and branding, is owned by Try My Dress Inc. and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any photos you upload to the Service. Images generated by the Service using your photos are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may share generated images on social media with appropriate attribution.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our Service, branding, or AI models without our prior written consent.

5. Subscription & Billing

Try My Dress offers free and paid subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the following:

• Auto-Renewal: Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date
• Billing: You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the subscription fee at the start of each billing cycle
• Price Changes: We may adjust subscription prices with 30 days' advance notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle

6. Refund Policy

We offer a refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase, provided you have not used more than 5 generations during that period. To request a refund, contact us at legal@trymydress.com.

Refunds are not available for subscription renewals or after the 7-day window has passed.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload, generate, or distribute illegal, obscene, or harmful content
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
• Upload photos of other people without their explicit consent
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our AI models or algorithms
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose without our written authorization
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Automate access to the Service (bots, scrapers, etc.) without permission

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination without notice.

8. Cookies & Analytics

Our website uses cookies to improve your experience. When you first visit, a cookie consent banner will ask you to accept or decline non-essential cookies.

• Essential cookies (authentication, session management, consent preference) are always active and necessary for the Service to function.
• Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) are only loaded if you click "Accept Cookies." If you decline, no analytics data is collected.
• Advertising & measurement cookies — We use the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API to measure ad performance and optimize our advertising. These tools may collect data such as page views, actions taken on our site, and device information. This data is shared with Meta (Facebook) to help us serve relevant ads and measure their effectiveness. Advertising cookies are only activated after you accept cookies via our banner.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Try My Dress Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time, at our sole discretion. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms of Service. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
